 Admission Requirements

 

  • Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering. Any other person interested in completing a Master in Science degree will have to meet the following requirements:
    • Three courses in Calculus
    • Two courses in Physics that have Calculus as prerequisites
    • One course in Differential Equations
    • One course in Lineal Algebra
    • One course in Computer Programming
    • Courses in basic or intermediate English
  • Every candidate for a Master in Engineering will have to meet with the following requirements:
    • A minimum GPA of 3.00 in specialty courses
    • A minimum general GPA of 2.50
    • Have approved 60 credits or more with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the last five semesters of bachelor studies.
  • Every candidate for Master in Science will have to meet the following requirements:
    • A minimum GPA of 3.00 in specialty courses
    • A minimum general GPA of 2.80
    • Have approved 60 credits or more with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the last five semesters of bachelor studies.
  • Knowledge in Spanish and English languages. Every foreign student have to present TOEFL results.
  • Submit official documentation from school of origin certifying the ranking position occupied by the student in its class.
  • Complete all required documentation from the Graduate Program Office, including three letters of recommendation.
